# Description Blind inflicts **disadvantage** on all melee attack rolls. Ranged attacks are impossible to land under normal circumstances, and any action that requires sight fails. **Dodge Rate** is also unusable, without another ability to give full awareness of surroundings. Resolves when obstruction clears, or else resolves within 6 seconds, or two conflict rounds.
