# Description
You have spent your time researching and understanding the layouts of buildings and public layouts that are of interest of you. At any time, you may spend one preparation point to know things about your immediate vicinity. This may include knowing where traps are hidden, the nearest exit location, understanding what’s on which floor of a building, etc. You may only know things that are reasonable that you may have either discovered yourself through earlier explanation, dug up blueprints on, or inquired about from the locals. Players are encouraged to offer up how they know the information; the DM should give strong leniency and deference to the move, unless they have very specific reasons to deny information (such as a secret room inside a criminal cult’s hideout or some such).
