# Description [[Aquamarine]] is typically used by [[Dvergr|Dvergen]] miners working to drain flooded mineshafts, as the gemstone allows very shallow breathing underwater. While breathing shallowly, any excessive exertion will overcome the effects of the gemstone, and fill the lungs with water. Therefore, it almost exclusively used for traveling short distances and scouting/surveying. Dvergr attuned to Aquamarine however, breath easily in the water for upwards of 30 minutes. They suffer no movement penalties in the water. Additionally, they lose [[Vulnerability]] to [[Water]], and are instead [[Resistant]] to it.
