# Introduction The Khora may refer to either a collection of cities initially founded by the Elves, or the treaty that was signed that formed their current governments. These [[Elphyne]] cities form a loose coalition and tend to trade with one other. The Khoran cities are run by governors elected by the gentry once a decade. The Khoran governors convene in a summit every few years to discuss inter-Khoran matters. The cities consider themselves as one cohesive government, despite the fact that they are nothing more than a collection of polis that happen to work together. # Junior Members Since the establishment of the Khora one thousand years ago, several cities have expanded with nearby settlements. These new towns and villages are considered junior members to the Khora.
