# Introduction
Korrigans, to most outsiders, are thought of as nothing more than diminutive [[Humans]]. While they do tend to look very similar to humans, more than just their height sets them apart from their larger counterparts.
## Physiology
Korrigans have a lifespan of 150 to 200 years, and stand a meter high. Like humans, they have a curious resistance to magic, but struggle to harness the power of magic in return.
## General Culture
The Korrigan are settlers of the land. They are farmers and providers, often acting as the breadbaskets of the lands they settle in. Amicable and quiet, they have an outsized influence for a generally quiet folk.
Despite their daily quiet nature, Korrigan parties and gatherings are unmatched. During festivals, the dancing is ferocious, and some time lead to intense debauchery.
Their farming culture has lead them to be particularly watchful of the calendar. Holidays and dates are very important to them, and the dates heavily influence their life.
