# Description An alchemical still used to convert solid objects directly into a gas state, in a process known as **Sublimation** as well as **Condensation**, the process of gathering gas into a liquid state. This still is made of two vessels. The first is known as a cucurbit which has a dome top to catch gas in the process of Sublimation. There is a second vessel, known as an aludel, which is connected by a spiral tube known as the condenser.
