# Introduction Roles are a character's default tool kit, describing their general modus operandi. When creating a character, a player may choose one or two roles. If they choose two roles, they may use the Bonuses of one and the Abilities of the other. The roles are organized into three main types: Movers, Operators, and Shakers. Movers are straightforward combat-oriented roles. Operators are system manipulators who dig deep into system mechanics. Shakers are social navigators, who have fuzzier strengths and weaknesses that require negotiative interpretations with the Narrator. # Movers - [[The Anchor]] - [[The Anima]] - [[The Architect]] - [[The Assassin]] - [[The Hero]] - [[The Tempo]] - [[The Rogue]] - [[The Dharma]] - [[The Smith]] - [[The Soldier]] - [[The Warlock]] - [[The Witch]] # Operators - [[The Atelier]] - [[The Hunter]] - [[The Jack]] - [[The Mage]] - [[The Navigator]] - [[The Physician]] - [[The Sage]] - [[The Scholar]] - [[The Strategist]] # Shakers - [[The Artisan]] - [[The Charlatan]] - [[The Emissary]] - [[The Herald]] - [[The Fool]] - [[The Magnate]] - [[The Witness]]
