# Description ## General Appearance Titantulas are extremely large spiders, approx. 4m high and 8m long. They have thick black hair over their body, including their large front pincers. They have four eyes, two large eyes in front, and one smaller eye on either side slightly angled. ## Behaviors They are usually found in jungles, subterranean caves, and, rarely, thick forests. They feed infrequently, sometimes going a month or longer without a meal, but will always eat available prey that unfortunately stumbles into their territory. They have a strong sense of family and community, but will feed on their own after they die. ## Abilities and Danger They have a wide peripheral vision, but somewhat limited depth of field. They have no problems seeing in the dark, and are sensitive to vibrations. Their hair is barbed, and can induce nausea on contact. Their venom is unhealthy, but surprisingly tame for their size and usually not life threatening, but increased exposure can cause some paralysis.
