# Description Aquamarine is typically used by [[Dvergr|Dvergen]] miners working to drain flooded mineshafts, as the gemstone allows very shallow breathing underwater. While breathing shallowly, any excessive exertion will overcome the effects of the gemstone, and fill the lungs with water. Therefore, it almost exclusively used for traveling short distances and scouting/surveying.
